Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy explains how Code Magister (formerly Sigluca - Game Artisan) handles personal data in the Blocks Hurt! game for iOS and Android and on this website. If you have any question, write to info@codemagister.com.

The game

Blocks Hurt! does not collect, store or share any personal data. The game has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking libraries. Your game progress is saved only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.

On iOS, achievements are handled by Apple Game Center if you are signed in to it. That data is managed by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; we do not receive it.

This website

Server logs. Like any web server, ours records technical data about each request (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time). We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, we do not use them to identify visitors, and we keep them only for a limited period.

Support form. If you contact us through the support page, we receive the name, email address, device, OS version and message you enter. We use them only to answer your request; they are sent to our own mail server, never shared with third parties or used for marketing, and deleted when no longer needed to help you.

Videos. Gameplay videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube does not set cookies until you play a video. When you do, Google's Privacy Policy applies.

Cookies. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

External links. Links to the App Store, Google Play and Ko-fi take you to services with their own privacy policies; any donation made through Ko-fi is processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers.

Children

Blocks Hurt! is suitable for all ages. Since the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (for example a support request), or object to its processing, by writing to info@codemagister.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
